Dave Parrish was born and raised in northern Virginia. He attended Washington Bible College, where he met his wife Joreen (Bross) who is from Lebanon, PA.<\/h3>\n

After graduation from Capital Bible Seminary, the family ministered in Portugal for eight years. During the first furlough, Dave served on the staff of McLean Bible Church as the Mission Pastor.<\/h3>\n

During that time, Dave was ordained by the Church. After returning to the U.S. in 1995, Dave completed doctoral studies at Dallas Theological Seminary.<\/h3>\n

His doctoral work focused primarily on church leadership, and Biblical foundations for family life.<\/h3>\n

InRich exists to strengthen churches and families through personal communication, and the provision of specialized resources. InRich was formed with a passion to furnish theologically sound guidance to help individuals and families grow in Christ!<\/span><\/h3>\n

InRich Ministries was begun, and currently functions, as a ministry program of Ministry Alliance (www.ministry-alliance.org<\/a><\/span>), which was initially Faith in The Family.<\/h3>\n

The vision for InRich was summarized by the slogan,<\/h3>\n

“Strong Families, Healthy Churches.”<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

While working with their local church, he started Majestic Painting; he continued residential and commercial painting as they raised their seven children.<\/h3>\n

Dave has been blessed to have his children working with him, and beside him, with all of them learning the painting trade.\u00a0 Three of his sons currently have their own full-time construction businesses.\u00a0 Majestic Painting has Colossians 3:23<\/span> as its guiding ethic:\u00a0 “And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men.”<\/h3>\n

Dave and Joreen currently reside in Madison, VA. Besides their seven grown children, they are blessed with three grandchildren.<\/h3>\n
